Goatcheese-Almond Sauce
1 cup goatcheese (we use Fairwind’s Farm)
1/2 cup toasted almonds
2 T roasted garlic
1 t chili sauce
juice of 1 orange
2 T minced onion
1/4 cup white wine
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Can be served warm.
